How it works for caterers
1. Delivery
We supply you with high quality Relevo reusable packaging according to your needs.
2. Borrowing
You hand out food & drinks in Relevo reusable packaging to your customers – by scanning the QR code on the tableware, they borrow it for free.
3. Return
Customers return empty containers to you or other partner restaurants and end the checkout by scanning the return tag.
4. Cleaning
After rinsing, you can dispense the reusable packaging containers again.

You can borrow your Relevo for 14 days free of charge. Running out of time? Simply extend your Relevo from €1 for at least another 7 days via the app.
You can borrow your Relevo for 14 days for free. From day 11 of your borrowing you even have the possibility to extend the borrowing period once again for 5 days free of charge. However, if you do not return your Relevo within the time limit, you will be charged a climate fee of €10 per bowl and €5 per cup. But don’t worry, we will remind you in time to return your Relevo on time. You can find the current return deadline clearly in the app under My Relevos→ Active.
You will receive the Relevo container directly from the restaurant. To do this, actively communicate when ordering in the restaurant or on the phone that you would like to take your food/drinks in our Relevo containers, and then scan the QR code on the container with the app to borrow them.
