HELLO EVERYONE!
We are Gregor, Matthias, and Aaron, and together we founded Relevo in early 2020.
As nature enthusiasts, active leisure seekers, and hardworking individuals from Trier, Allgäu, and Munich, we have decided to join forces to develop a sustainable and innovative solution for a huge problem in our society.

Our Motivation
In Germany, 9 billion disposable food and beverage packaging items are discarded annually. That equals 1,000,000 plastic packages per hour!
With a decomposition process taking 450 years, plastic waste is extremely harmful to our environment, leaving deep imprints for future generations.
This is a problem that concerns us all, and one that we want to actively address.
OUR MOTIVATION

The term Relevo comes from Latin and means “to relieve” or “to lighten” – and that is precisely our goal: to finally free our planet from unnecessary plastic waste by making the use of sustainable solutions easier.
…in Germany, 155,000 tons of waste are generated annually from disposable food containers? That’s around 1,000,000 packages per hour.
Such crazy numbers and vast amounts of waste! A significant burden for both people and the environment. And completely unnecessary too!
