About Relevo
Hello everyone!
We are Gregor, Matthias and Aaron and together we founded Relevo at the beginning of 2020.
As nature-loving, leisure-active and hard-working people from Trier, Allgäu and Munich, we decided to work together to develop a sustainable and innovative solution to a major problem in our society. 💛💪
Our motivation
With a degradation process of 450 years, plastic waste is extremely harmful to our environment and we are leaving a correspondingly deep footprint for future generations. A problem that concerns us all and that we want to take action against.
That’s why we founded Relevo: An innovative, sustainable reusable solution developed by a dynamic company that combines sustainability with profitability. We are now a team of 23 employees who want to make the world a little better every day.

What does the name ‘Relevo’ actually mean?
The term Relevo comes from Latin and means ‘to relieve’ or ‘to lighten’ – and that is exactly our goal: to finally free our planet from unnecessary plastic waste by making it easier to use sustainable solutions.

… 155,000 tonnes of waste are produced in Germany every year from disposable food containers? That’s around 1,000,000 tonnes of packaging per hour.
What a crazy number and huge amounts of waste! A huge burden for the city and the environment. And totally unnecessary!
