Is Relevo really free of charge?
Yes, the use of Relevo is completely free of charge for you as a user.
What happens if I do not return my Relevo?
You can borrow your Relevo free of charge for 14 days.
Running out of time? Simply extend your Relevo for at least another 7 days from €1 via the app. But don’t worry, we’ll remind you to return it on time. You can find the current return period in the app under My Relevos→ Active.
Where and how can I get the Relevo tableware?
You will receive the Relevo tableware directly from the restaurant. To do this, actively communicate when ordering in the restaurant or on the phone that you would like to take your food/drinks with you in our Relevo tableware and then scan the QR code of the Relevo reusable packagingwith the app to borrow it.
