Our standard process for digital returns: Guests scan the return sign at your location using the Relevo app. The return is registered instantly – no waiting time and no staff effort. Existing return procedures such as conveyor belts or collection carts can still be used. This keeps the return process simple, traceable, and efficient – without deposits and with full stock transparency.

- Return via tablet
Ideal for guests without smartphones: using a provided tablet, they scan and return the tableware themselves. No return sign or internet connection needed. The return process is intuitive and quick – especially useful for high-traffic locations or group returns.
- Return via vending machine
The automated solution for maximum efficiency: guests place the container into the machine, which scans the QR code and confirms the return automatically. The process is available 24/7, secure against misuse, and hygienic.
- Two-factor return
More control for sensitive locations: after the guest’s scan, the return is additionally confirmed by staff. This ensures that the item is physically returned on-site. Only possible with a lockable return box or direct handover.
- Personal return
In this return method, guests hand the container directly to staff. The return is scanned via the app and confirmed by the team. This option is ideal for smaller locations or for guests who prefer personal interaction.
- Return box
The secure option for unstaffed locations: guests drop their item into a lockable box that is emptied regularly. Combined with return scanning or two-factor authentication, this solution offers maximum security with minimal effort.
