Rent reusable tableware

We generally recommend requesting reusable tableware for rent as early as possible—especially during the festival season when demand is high.
However, depending on availability, last-minute bookings are also possible. The best thing to do is send us the event date, location, and quantities required. We will get back to you quickly with a response.

Renting our reusable tableware is ideal for events lasting from one day (e.g., festival weekends) to several weeks. The minimum quantity depends on the setup (e.g., number of stands, serving points, logistics costs).
We will advise you so that you neither book too little nor unnecessarily too much.

We take care of the logistics so that you can concentrate on running your business on site:

• Delivery to the festival site or to a defined logistics point
• Handover in transportable units (e.g., boxes/containers)
• After the event: Pickup at the agreed return location
• The return process is designed to work smoothly even with many stands
• You can return the tableware to us dirty and we will take care of the rest

Yes. Reusable tableware can also be rented on a stand-by basis or for individual operators. This is particularly practical if a festival has many external food and beverage stands.
We help to plan the quantities per stand sensibly and organize the distribution/return so that everything runs smoothly for everyone.

Yes. To ensure that reusable containers really work at festivals, we provide support as needed with:

• Brief instructions for stand personnel
• Information on distribution and return (practical and quick to implement)
• POS materials (e.g., signs/information for guests)
• Support during the event (depending on scope)

Depending on the event setup, you can rent from Germany’s largest product range:

• Plates / bowls
• Cutlery
• Cups (drinks, long drinks, etc.)
• Accessories (as required)

We put together the set to suit your food, portions, and serving processes.

Returns can be organized flexibly depending on the terrain, e.g.:

• directly at the stand (returns at the point of sale)
• via central return points
• via back-of-house collection points

We help you plan the system so that guests can return items quickly and stands are not blocked.

At festivals, it’s clear that not everything will be returned in perfect condition. That’s why we work with transparent rules for missing items or damaged parts. You will receive a fair and comprehensible overview of how this will be handled in advance.

Yes. Your rented reusable tableware will be hygienically cleaned and provided ready for use.
This means you can use it straight away at the festival.
