Yes, the use of Relevo is completely free of charge for you as a user.
What happens if I don't return my Relevo?

You can borrow your Relevo free of charge for 14 days.
Running low after all? Simply extend your Relevo from €1 for at least another 7 days via the app. But don’t worry, we’ll remind you in time to return it. You can find the current return period in the app under My Relevos→ Active.
Where and how can I get the Relevo tableware?
You will receive the Relevo tableware directly from the restaurant. To do this, actively communicate when ordering in the restaurant or on the phone that you would like to take your food/drinks with you in our Relevo dishes and then use the app to scan the QR code from the Relevo tableware to borrow it.
