Relevo dishes are cleaned professionally and hygienically by the gastro partner after each return before being reissued. If you, as a user, do not return your dishes on the same day of the rental, please rinse them briefly so that no mold develops in the meantime.

Please note that according to our terms & conditions, we will debit a fee in the amount of the climate fee for unacceptably soiled dishes, as the dishes are unfortunately not allowed to be re-circulated and will be sorted out by the gastro partner.
