Relevo User ID – This is what you need it for

Have you discovered your Relevo user ID in the Relevo app under „More“ & „My Profile“ and wondered what it’s for?  

Your User ID is important for two processes: 

1. Deliveries in reusable: You want to get your food delivery in reusable? Through the partnership between Relevo & Lieferando, Wolt and UberEats, this is no problem at all! The only thing you need is your Relevo User ID You can read more about how the ordering process works here.
2. Support requests: You have questions about your loan or return? No problem, our support team will be happy to help you! So that your problem can be solved as quickly as possible, enter your user ID directly in your email (hallo@relevo.app)
