Payment method & privacy

Relevo is free, but you have to provide a payment method – how does this fit together? 🤔

Don’t worry, Relevo doesn’t charge you a dime for using the reusable system! 🎉 We only need your payment information in case you don’t return your dishes on time within 14 days (or after your free 5-day extension). In this case, you will be charged a climate fee of 10€ for a bowl or 5€ for a cup. There are no further costs for you! ☺️

💡 Relevo Tip: If you’re running short on time, just use the Friend Return!

You don’t have to worry about the security of your data either. Relevo does not store or has access to any payment data. Your data is sent directly to our third-party payment processor through an API and is stored there with the highest security standards. No full payment data is visible in your Relevo app.
