What once started as a team of three now consists of a team of over 35 employees. We are proud to inspire so many people for our company and our vision and to stand together for one and the same cause. We are a young and super motivated team and put as much heart and soul as fun into our work!

And that’s how we live our values in and after work: smart, simple, partner-like, ecological & moving.

Our office is made of recycled furniture, our team t-shirts are climate neutral and our IT is green.

This also allows us to manage a team in Berlin, Hamburg, Frankfurt and Munich at the same time!

Here, above all, constant exchange and a high level of communication are required. But who doesn’t like to exchange ideas with their work colleagues over a full cup of coffee?! And yes, first the weekend plans are discussed….but pssst!

However, everyday start-up life sometimes poses challenges not only for our founders, but for the entire team.

As the company continues to grow, procedures, structures and processes have to be adapted and implemented over and over again. Here, everyone pitches in and contributes their ideas and skills in equal measure.

And of course, the one or other after-work beer is not to be missed afterwards 🙂
