(New) extension function and amendment of the GTC

Reusable tableware is only sustainable if it circulates quickly and often. Returning them quickly allows for rapid reuse and saves precious resources. Therefore, from 26.04.2023 we will introduce a fee of 1€ if you want to extend the return period by 7 days. The 14-day borrowing period will remain free of charge for you. You can find the corresponding changes to our General Terms and Conditions here.

Our aim is to return the dishes to the cycle as quickly as possible. However, if you are unable to return the dishes within the 14-day borrowing period, you can easily and conveniently use the extension option for one week via our app without having to purchase the dishes directly. With the introduction of the 1€ fee, we can balance out the loss of direct reuse and also make the reusable cycle financially sustainable.
